Radius Vehicle Solutions Ireland help businesses source, fund, maintain and administer their vehicle fleet. The company currently have 3800 vehicles on their fleet with over 70 employees operating within 3 officers in Ireland with the head office based in Dunmurry, Belfast.
The successful candidate will be based in the Dunmurry office and will be responsible for providing high quality sales and administration support, assisting the Radius Sales team to achieve their targets through collating pricing and quotations on various systems, preparing specific presentations for different sales opportunities, managing data input to bespoke CRM system, promoting the company and product offering via various social media channels, assisting new and existing customers with fleet reports from bespoke fleet system and arranging regular follow up meetings. In addition, the role will also require general administration duties across different departments and locations when required.

Job Description
- Collating pricing information and completing vehicle leasing quotations, sending details to Customers and assisting with any subsequent enquiries.
- Recording new sales information and updating CRM System on customer opportunities and interaction
- Completing new vehicle orders forms and tracking delivery updates for customers.
- Arranging customer sign ups ahead of delivery and arranging delivery logistics for new vehicles.
- Assisting with managing Social media channels and ensuring regular output on various topics and functions
- Taking ownership and accountability for administration including ensuring the maintenance of correct client records on internal system.
- Assisting with customer reports ensuring customers are kept up to date with their fleet records and arranging follow ups for regular information
- Helping to arrange customer events including event set up and invitation managing.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s to include Math’s and English at grade C or above (or equivalent);
- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Excellent telephone manner;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Proficient in Microsoft packages;
- Good organisational skills and ability to work on a variety of tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail;
- Flexible attitude to work;
- Eligibility to work in UK.
- Clean Driving licence as role may entail driving duties as and when required.

- Base Salary up to £28,000 depending on experience
