For The Successful Candidate, We Offer The Following

Rate of pay

We offer a competitive salary dependent upon experience You will be paid monthly by credit transfer to your nominated bank account.

Pension scheme

After 3-months service with the company you will be automatically enrolled in the company pension (NEST), if eligible.

Holiday entitlement

You will be entitled 20 days holiday plus 8 statutory days per year (entitlement is pro-rata for part time employees).

Job Description

Reporting to the Group ATM Manager and based within the Belfast HQ you will be required to carry out finance based administration to support the Pivotal ATM Division.

Role Responsibilities/key Tasks

  • Calculation and payment of transaction based commissions
  • Making payments to external suppliers
  • Work as a point of contact for customers and suppliers via phone and email. This will include assisting with escalations and resolutions to identified issues.
  • Contract and database management
  • Recording and analysing departmental KPI’s
  • Managing the onboarding of new contracts to internal systems

Essential Criteria

Successful candidates must have the following:

  • Meticulous and high degree of attention to detail
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office Programs
  • Experience using SAGE and similar payments systems
  • Experience using business banking systems
  • The ability to communicate well and work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Ability to work within tight timescales
  • Previous experience of working towards targets within personal and team

  • Approachable with good interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to organise and prioritise work
  • Work accurately within strict guidelines and follow Company procedures

Security checks

Successful candidates will be required to undertake a number of security checks prior to employment commencing which include:

  • Up to a 10-year employment history (less for recent school leavers)
  • Adverse financial credit check
  • DBS Criminal Record Check (Standard Level)
  • Driving License Check (where applicable to your role)
