As HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivering on HR duties including end to end case work, report completion, implementing HR strategies, HR Projects, advising Line Managers on employee related queries and delivering HR related training across the business. You will also lead and deliver organisational change through identifying and driving the people agenda and the employee engagement agenda.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will support the full employee life cycle and will be involved in all areas of the Human Resources function. The post holder will be expected to work as part of the wider HR team in the provision of a comprehensive HR service.
The successful applicant will be an experienced HR generalist with business partnering skills.

Essential Criteria
- CIPD Qualified
- A full and clean driver's license
- At least 3 years previous HR work experience in delivering on key HR duties within a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional knowledge of NI & ROI Employment legislation
- Experience in leading investigations, disciplinaries, grievance and performance management cases.
- Experience in delivering change which align both HR and business goals
- Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships on all levels
- Strategic and analytical thinker
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Package
- Strong experience working with data and reports
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- CIPD Level 5 or above qualified or working towards
- Experience working in the Health & Social Care Industry
- Ability to work alone and as part of a wider team including the Senior Leadership team.

- Report to HR Manager
- Work in a busy high-pressured HR Team that oversees the HR Service for the whole of the Connected Health Group in NI and ROI
- Manage own workload within the day-to-day HR operations including casework, legal requirements and strategic operations
- Influential planning and organising and skills: Manage projects with a high degree of complexity, including organisational redesign, change management and other initiatives are a key attribute.
- Lead in chairing HR disciplinaries, grievance and performance management meetings
- Act as contact for employees on a wide range of queries related to HR policies, procedures and benefits.
- Create and design and update HR Policies in line with company changes and employment legislation
- Deliver a seamless transactional HR service to the business - working closely with the wider teams throughout the business to further develop and optimise processes, policies and procedures.
- Lead and deliver on change related HR projects
- Work in conjunction with the Finance Department on employee payroll related queries
- Improve communications to enhance employee engagement
- Develop and produce key data reports for the overall business
- Assist the HR Lead and Senior HR Team in collating monthly KPI data and participate in feedback meetings for various initiatives.
- Champion the CH culture and deliver excellent administrative support to the team.
- Be a part of executing employee engagement programs (employee events- virtual/in-person, team meetings, etc.)
- Working alongside the HR operations team to achieve departmental and company goals and ensuring the team delivers target outcomes.
- Ensure that policies and processes have the required levels of compliance and report any that are not up to date with relevant legislation.
- Assist in the completion of key compliance reporting across GDPR and compliance
- Act as escalation point for ER matters being managed by Operations
- Liaise with relevant teams regarding employee contracts, payroll and more
- Maintain manual and computerised employee records
- Actioning the maternity, paternity, flexible working and family friend processes
- Overseeing and action the retention and leaver process
