The Role
As the Retail Store Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Belfast Flagship store, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience, building community and delivering a connected retail strategy.
You will build, develop and lead a higher performance team, and be responsible for implementing operational strategies to ensure the store achieves its commercial objectives. This will involve maintaining a customer-centric culture where customer satisfaction is paramount.
You will drive the performance and profitability of your store with appropriate data insights, close KPI management and budget controls.

- Management of the Visual Merchandising throughout the store
- Managing inventory, stock levels and the supply chain
- Ensuring the company is legally compliant in everything they do
- Resolving operational issues
- Providing regular reports on performance and metrics
To be considered as the Retail Store Director, you will need:
- Experience in a retail management, director or team leadership role
- Experience in Mens Apparel retail
- Experience with visual merchandising
- Experience of developing individuals and teams
