At Kainos, we're on a mission to empower our Sales Teams of Account Executives (AEs), Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and Customer Base AEs to reach their full potential. To help us achieve this, we're looking for a passionate Junior Sales Enablement Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Role Description

As a key member of the Sales Enablement team, you'll work with our sales teams in North America and Europe to support onboarding, create compelling sales content, and drive training initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with senior enablement leads and sales managers to ensure our sales teams have the tools, resources, and insights they need to excel.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support Onboarding Programs: Help AEs, SDRs, and CBAEs ramp up quickly and confidently.
  • Manage Enablement Content: Keep our resources up-to-date across platforms like SharePoint and Dynamics.
  • Create Sales Collateral: Develop and maintain playbooks, decks, email templates, and more that align with customer buyer journeys.
  • Internal Communications: Facilitate communications around sales best practices, training updates, and enablement initiatives.
  • Track Progress: Monitor participation and progress in onboarding, training, and feedback initiatives.
  • Coordinate Training Sessions: Participate in and help organize key training sessions or workshops throughout the sales cycle.
  • Analyse Call Insights: Use Gong to maintain and analyse call insights, improving discovery, demo, and close rates.

Essential Criteria

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or enablement (ideally in B2B SaaS).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Dynamics CRM is a plus).
  • Exposure to platforms like SharePoint, Gong, or other enablement/LMS tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
