What You'll Be Doing:

  Taking the lead in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements

  Playing a key role in supporting the tender process, ensuring legal compliance and helping to minimise risk


• 
  
  Acting as a trusted advisor to project teams and senior leaders across the business


• 
  
  Keeping all contractual and legal records well-organised and up to date, contributing to smooth project delivery

What We're Looking For:

• 
  
  A Law degree (or equivalent legal qualification)


• 
  
  Previous experience in a Paralegal role, ideally in a commercial or contracts-focused environment


• 
  
  Strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes


• 
  
  Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills


• 
  
  Confidence using Microsoft Office and legal research tools
