Customer Service / Internal Sales Advisor - #1728965

Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in the Duncrue area to recruit a Customer Service Advisor

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Customer Service Advisor undertakes work to support the branch.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:-

Dealing with customers

• Interacting with customers on the phone, in person and via email
• Using the company computer systems to check stock, check progress on orders, look at customer accounts and deal with general enquiries
• Taking calls from existing and new customers to provide a helpful, professional services
• Serving customers who visit the trade counter to take orders, collect them from the stores and deal with payments
• Undertaking tele-sales activities, as requested by Branch Manager
  
  

Other Branch Activity

• Keeping the warehouse and surrounding areas clean and tidy and reporting any health and safety issues
• Checking of goods received and preparation of any paperwork for goods for dispatch in accordance with company procedures
• Ensuring stock is kept tidy and stored in correct place
• Occasional delivery of goods to customers, in absence of Van Driver
• General administration eg filling, arranging meetings
  
  

Other

• To fully utilise information technology within company including online diary and email system
  
  

Details 25k - £28k for these roles, depending on experience

Hours of work are Monday - Friday - 8.30 am - 5.30 pm (4.30 pm finish on Fridays)
