Position Summary

As a Talent Specialist / Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Ralliant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a world-class recruitment experience. This role ensures seamless hiring processes by supporting Talent Acquisition Business Partners, candidates, and hiring managers with scheduling, logistics, and coordination efforts. You will be a key driver in fostering an exceptional candidate experience while optimizing recruitment workflows. Based in Belfast, UK, this role is perfect for someone with a passion for talent acquisition and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate and Hiring Manager Support
• Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
• Serve as a key point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and updates.
• Manage background checks, contract and offer letter preparation, and onboarding processes in collaboration with hiring managers, IT and Facility teams.
• Recruitment Operations & Process Optimization
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Eightfold, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support hiring managers and talent acquisition business partners in job postings, requisition management, and compliance documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement
• Ensure an outstanding candidate journey by supporting recruitment events and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing and talent teams to enhance employer branding efforts.
• Provide recruitment analytics and reporting insights to drive data-driven decisions.
  
  

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field required.
  
  

Experience

• 2+ years in talent acquisition, HR, or recruitment coordination.
• Experience working with ATS and HR systems.
