Role: Service Delivery Coordinator - Temporary - Belfast
Job Overview
VANRATH
are assisting our client, a large Public Sector organisation, in their search for a Service Delivery Coordinator for 3 months initially with the possibility of extension. The Service Delivery Coordinator will provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to assist in the development and delivery of key areas within housing-related customer services.



  • Salary: £16.37/hour

  • 37 hours per week

  • Belfast city centre office


Key Responsibilities



  • Support day-to-day operations of the Service Delivery team, including managing office resources and internal communications.

  • Assist with responding to Freedom of Information and Subject Access Requests.

  • Manage the central complaints mailbox, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.

  • Coordinate meetings and learning opportunities for staff.

  • Contribute to the organisation's records management and data protection compliance.

  • Support investigations into complaints and liaise with internal departments to ensure consistent, high-quality service responses.

  • Help gather and analyse customer feedback to improve service delivery.

  • Represent the Customer Excellence team in meetings and forums when required.

  • Liaise with community groups, public bodies and external partners to promote strong working relationships.


Essential Criteria



  • A university degree plus at least 1 year of relevant experience,
    OR
    At least 2 years of relevant experience supported by ongoing professional development or experiential learning.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to coordinate written responses and communicate professionally with stakeholders.

  • Experience working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • A valid driving licence or access to a suitable mode of transport to fulfil the duties of the role.


Desirable Criteria



  • Experience analysing and interpreting data to improve services.

  • Understanding of housing management practices.

  • A recognised professional qualification in housing (or related field).
