Job Title: HR Business Partner (Generalist) - 3-Month Contract
Location: Belfast (Hybrid)
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 pro rata
Start Date: ASAP
VANRATH are delighted to be supporting a leading professional services organisation in Belfast who are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (Generalist) for a 3-month interim contract. This is a key role supporting business leaders with day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and strategic people initiatives during a busy transformation period.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert HR guidance on employee relations, performance, absence, and policy matters


• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver effective people solutions


• Support change initiatives and organisational development projects


• Oversee core HR processes including onboarding, performance cycles, and engagement activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a senior HR generalist or HRBP in a fast-paced, commercial environment


• Strong employment law knowledge and ER expertise


• Confident in influencing senior stakeholders and driving outcomes


• Immediately available or able to start at short notice
