Job Description: Subject to the successful closing of the transaction with Spirit, after obtaining relevant regulatory approvalsJob Summary:In the field of Quality Assurance, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products or services are in compliance with established standards and regulations. They will play a crucial role in maintaining quality control processes, conducting audits, and identifying areas for improvement to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.Job Responsibilities:
- Audit / surveillance of QMS and managing delegated authorities
- Resource and financial management and reporting and quality improvement planning.
- 3rd Party supplier management and external accreditation
- Managing requirements cascade from internal and external customers and authority requirements.
- Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and implement quality control plans to monitor product or service performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality systems and processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and incidents to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance roles, preferably in an aviation or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and ISO certification standards (ISO9001/AS9100).
- Experience with quality software tools such as QMS, Planisware, and JIRA.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Strong leadership skills to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and lean manufacturing principles.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Minitab, and Tableau.
