Role Overview
As a Customer Service Executive at Diageo, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers—responsible for delivering a best-in-class service and ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. You’ll work closely with sales, logistics, and internal teams to drive service excellence in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery (OTIF).
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and logistics partners.
Handle all customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Monitor and report service metrics (daily/weekly/monthly).
Support resolution of customer issues and escalate when necessary.
Contribute to ongoing improvements in customer service processes and systems.
Assist with related functions, including billing, clearing, and customer spend processing.
Participate in system/process improvement initiatives across the business.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Minimum 5 GCSEs (Grades A–C), including Maths and English.
As a temporary contractor, you'll be employed by our Managed Service Provider, Magnit Global, who manage most of our temporary contract hiring, you will not be employed by Diageo
