Job Description:

Subject to the successful closing of the transaction with Spirit, after obtaining relevant regulatory approvals.


Overall, a Process Manager has first line management responsibility with scope built around an agreed manufacturing process. The role will be accountable for SQCDP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People) adherence to standards and achievement of objectives for a defined business operational process. The manager is responsible for executing and implementing the business production schedule. The span of control includes a minimum of 30 operators.


How You Will Contribute to the Team

  • Manage daily Process Performance, People, Machines, Materials, Methods, and Performance Measurement and Improvement.

  • Enhance value through effective process operation that continuously improves Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQCDP), and by operating an effective AOS Management System.

  • Conduct regular reviews of SQCDP metrics (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).

  • Ensure manufacturing processes meet Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS), and Airworthiness standards following proper procedures.

  • Lead and support defect investigations and structured problem-solving initiatives.

  • Host shift meetings for Process Managers / Shift Managers with Team Coordinators / Lead Hands.

  • Contribute to Departmental Improvement Projects and Tactical Improvement Plans (TIPs).


About You

  • Background in Manufacturing or Engineering.

  • Understanding of Lean Working Methodologies.

  • Experience in high-volume, high-variety production of complex aircraft products and systems.

  • Comprehensive understanding of SQCDP.

  • Knowledge of operational activities in a production environment.

  • Proficiency in IT applications including Microsoft Office, Google tools, and relevant business systems such as SAP, ARP, or Maxim.

  • Cost management expertise.

  • Strong leadership qualities to motivate and develop teams.

  • Excellent team-building skills.

  • Ability to facilitate change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
