Tax Director - #1720625

You will be working for a leading and growing boutique accountancy practice based in Belfast. The firm has a varied and interesting client base, and the busy tax team handles engaging compliance and advisory work. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced tax professional to join the firm on a permanent basis, with potential for career-defining progression.

You will support the tax leadership team in identifying and delivering tailored tax advice and solutions for clients across various sectors. Your responsibilities include delivering consultancy services, driving business development to increase fees, and managing, mentoring, and developing junior tax team members. You will play a key role in delivering complex tax advisory projects and will identify opportunities within the existing client portfolio and target new work opportunities.

You will also support the leadership team with firm-wide initiatives and help maintain and develop a supportive, client-focused culture.

You should have successfully completed your CTA qualification (or equivalent) or CA/ACA and have an excellent track record working in practice. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, eager to grow a portfolio, and possess natural leadership qualities.
