Job Summary
As the GRAHAM business continues to grow, we wish to employ an enthusiastic Apprentice Site Administrator to provide administration/clerical support to the Construction team. The Apprentice Site Administrator will be responsible for day to day administrative/clerical duties, supporting the Site Administrator, Project manager and Site Team as directed.

Job Description
- Provide clerical support to the Construction team including typing, word processing, photocopying, data-entry, filing.
- Management of hospitality for meetings as required.
- Maintain filing and administrative systems operating in the project.
- Using in-house data management systems (Sharepoint) to file all site paperwork.
- Photocopying & filing.
- Typing as and when required.
- Undertake any other duties that may be assigned from the Site Management Team.

- Willingness to learn - no experience necessary all training will be provided.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Possess good IT skills.
- Be a good team player.
- Experience handling documents or working with filing systems.
