Technical Delivery Manager – Northern Ireland (No Sponsorship Available)

A leading Northern Ireland organisation are on the lookout for a Technical Delivery Manager to drive the successful delivery of cutting-edge IT solutions across our growing portfolio of projects.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end delivery, managing talented multi-disciplinary teams and working closely with business stakeholders, partners, and our internal PMO. If you’re ready to make your mark with a people-first, purpose-driven tech company, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach cross-functional technical teams across multiple simultaneous projects


• Drive delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps practices to suit the challenge at hand


• Take ownership of low-level solution design, ensuring technical quality and alignment with architecture and security standards


• Foster collaboration between internal teams and third-party partners


• Oversee technical resource planning to support delivery demands


• Be the go-to decision-maker on all technical aspects of delivery


• Manage supplier relationships and ensure robust third-party delivery

Experience:

• Proven experience leading diverse teams (e.g., Developers, Cloud Engineers, BAs, QAs, PMs)


• Strong delivery background using at least three of the following: .NET, Azure PaaS, SQL or Oracle, API architecture, DevOps pipelines, SaaS, IaaS


• Comfortable working with both Agile and Waterfall approaches


• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and suppliers to deliver high-value outcomes

Desirable:

• Azure certification


• Experience in the Energy or Utilities sector


• A full driving licence and access to a car
