Enso Recruitment is delighted to be once again partnered with our client, who are a leading software solutions provider in Belfast. They lead many digital transformation projects for Public Sector Organisations and are currently recruiting for a Change Manager for their team.


This role is focused on managing client and delivery team objectives, ongoing project rollout and creating of training strategies for end users, as solutions go live.


The role of change manager is ideal for someone who has a mix of training, product implementation & change management – focusing on large scale technical projects.


Key Responsibilities



  • Act as the Client Product Champion, ensuring clarity and alignment to the obligations set out in the contract

  • Manage the dependencies between the business change and systems development and delivery.

  • Ensure effective transition from project delivery to BAU.

  • Ensure effective post live evaluation of services and systems.

  • Develop and manage the Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) as part of the on-going provision of services.

  • Facilitating user and governance forums and workshops throughout development lifecycles.

  • Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify specific training needs for client teams. Help to design and develop supporting materials an effective training programs, utilising a mix of in-person, virtual, and self-paced training methods.

  • Conduct “Train the Trainer” sessions.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.


Candidate Background



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital transformation roles leading change initiatives

  • Certifications in ITIL, Prince 2 or Change Management

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Previous experience developing training programs and delivery training to external teams
