Salesforce Engineer (Up to £60K) - #1713520

We're working with an innovative and fast-growing technology company in the fintech space, currently seeking a Salesforce Engineer to join their high-performing Belfast team. This business is focused on solving real-world problems for its global customer base.

As a Salesforce Engineer, you'll play a key role in the development and ongoing support of a Salesforce ecosystem covering Sales, Service, and Community Clouds. You’ll design and implement custom solutions, support business-critical projects, and continuously improve the CRM platform within a collaborative Agile environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build and enhance Salesforce functionality (custom objects, Apex, Lightning Components)


• Support platform configuration, security, automation, and upgrades


• Participate in full SDLC including testing and CI/CD deployment


• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions


• Drive continuous improvement and system optimisation through internal audits

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a Salesforce development role


• Strong experience with Lightning, Apex, and Salesforce APIs


• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills


• Salesforce Developer certification (highly desirable)


• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments preferred
