About the Role:

HSNCI is currently seeking an organised and proactive Project Support Officer to join their dynamic team on a 6-month temporary contract. This is a Band 5 role supporting key project initiatives, providing administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.

This role is ideally suited to someone with strong attention to detail, experience working in a busy office/project environment, and excellent communication skills. You'll work as part of a collaborative team with hybrid working (part office-based in Belfast, part remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Project Managers and wider team.




• Assist in the coordination of project activities, meetings, and timelines.




• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting using MS Office and project management tools.




• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support the smooth delivery of project objectives.




• Support risk, issue, and change management processes.




• Contribute to team planning sessions and performance updates.

Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience in a project support, admin, or coordination role.




• Strong IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).




• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.




• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.




• Experience working in a healthcare, public sector, or similar environment is advantageous.
