What you'll do:

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles


• Remove blockers and enable team productivity


• Support cross-functional collaboration across product, development, and QA


• Drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment


• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM) preferred
