Role: National Account Manager (NI)


Location: Belfast


Salary: 65-70k


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a National Account Manager to join a leading FMCG business, focused on accelerating growth across key retail and wholesale accounts. This role will develop strategic customer relationships and execute commercial plans across a portfolio of renowned brands.

The Role:



  • Achieve annual targets across volume, revenue, and contribution

  • Develop and manage customer business plans and promotional calendars

  • Lead price file accuracy, promotional spend tracking, and JBP delivery

  • Forecast monthly sales by SKU and collaborate with supply chain for inventory planning

  • Communicate customer updates with field teams and align on new listings, promotions, and NPD launches

  • Identify new distribution opportunities and drive growth through data and insights


The Requirements:



  • Extensive sales/account management experience in FMCG (food and drink essential)

  • Strong negotiation, commercial, and strategic planning skills

  • Resilient self-starter with a results-driven mindset

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and IT proficiency

  • Creative, analytical, and passionate about building brands in the Irish market
