Litigation Solicitor
Location: Belfast

We are proud to be working with a leading Northern Ireland law firm to recruit a Litigation Solicitor to join their dynamic and well-established team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse range of personal injury matters, representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants, including specialist asbestos-related litigation.
The role is open to solicitors at all levels of experience - whether newly qualified or more senior - and offers scope for professional development in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• 
  
  Manage a caseload of personal injury claims, acting for both Plaintiffs and Defendants.


• 
  
  Handle asbestos-related litigation as part of a broader PI caseload.


• 
  
  Draft legal documentation, conduct research, and liaise with clients, counsel, and medical experts.


• 
  
  Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement meetings.


• 
  
  Provide strategic legal advice and ensure effective progression of cases.


• 
  
  Contribute positively to team dynamics and client service excellence.

• 
  
  Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland (all levels of PQE welcome).


• 
  
  Experience in personal injury litigation desirable; asbestos exposure advantageous but not essential.


• 
  
  Strong communication and organisational skills.


• 
  
  Ability to manage files independently while working well within a team.


• 
  
  A proactive, client-focused approach.
