Senior HR Advisor

Due to ongoing growth, we are hiring for our client, a well established, award-winning, multi-site organisation. They are seeking to recruit a permanent Senior HR Advisor to join their busy HR team, based at their Belfast head office with regular travel to other sites across Greater Belfast.

The Role:

• Provide day-to-day professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees


• Deliver HR support across the full employee lifecycle for multiple locations


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records


• Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities


• Support absence and performance management procedures


• Assist with employee relations – including investigations, disciplinary and grievance cases


• Generate and analyse HR reports


• Review, update and implement HR policies and procedures


• Champion the employer brand and contribute to HR projects and initiatives

The Person:

• 3rd level qualification plus 2+ years’ recent, relevant HR generalist experience, OR 5+ years’ experience in a similar HR generalist role


• Strong experience in employee relations and up-to-date knowledge of employment law


• Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Proficient in MS Office


• Current driving licence and access to a vehicle


• Able to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
