You’ll have a client centred approach to delivering high end service with knowledge and understanding of the Indian Sub-continent (India, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bhutan) and building complex itineraries aligned to our commitment of delivering the highest standards of tailormade travel. The Role

  • Curation of high quality, tailor-made itineraries in a luxury space

  • Conversion of warm sales leads via email, telephone and video calls

  • High quality presentation of customised travel itineraries with a keen eye for detail

  • Delivery of gold standard client service at all stages of the client journey

  • Proactive expansion of product knowledge keeping aware of industry developments to ensure expertise across our specialist product portfolio

  • Foster good working relationships with colleagues and trade partners; and exhibit a strong team ethic


Skills & Experience

  • 3 years' plus Travel Consultant experience in a tailor-made travel environment working with complex itineraries

  • First-hand knowledge of our core destinations, specifically within the Indian Sub-continent

  • Hitting monthly sales targets whilst nurturing client relationships

  • Excellent Administrative skills with advanced levels of IT literacy

  • Highly-organised with strong time management skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
