In this role you will -
- Ensure effective and corrective action is taken on all accounts in accordance with company procedure and Group Compliance Policy.
- Handle customer/dealer queries as they arise by telephone, correspondence, or email, in line with Group Policies.
- Lead and support customers/dealers throughout the complaint process
- Action outgoing calls by telephones to our customers, and provide a high level of service to customers, colleagues and intermediaries
- Be flexible in relation to working hours, we operate an out of hours service on a rota basis.
- Dealing with customers in a professional and interested manner
- A keen desire to seek solutions
- Good knowledge of IT applications such as using email & internet
- Flexibility and adaptability with regard to work and working hours
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads while working in a fast paced, service driven business
