We’re looking for a UX Designer who can join our small and energetic B2B Agency Product team. 1000s of insurance agents and internal users login each day to manage their business, providing them easy ways to create campaigns, manage their budgets and monitor performance.
In this role you’ll learn and grow through mentoring and support, as well as have the room to use your curiosity and self starting nature to crack on.

What You’ll Do
- Work on projects across our agent facing experiences - delivering high quality solutions that help agents perform their daily tasks with efficiency, clarity and speed
- Understand the Everquote business needs, as well as those of our internal users and agents - to ensure we’re creating high-value solutions, that solve real peoples real problems
- Think in systems, ensuring seamless interactions between the product and all connected systems—such as billing, platform and third-party integrations —to create a cohesive, efficient, and user-centered experience.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand and validate ideas, continually using insights from both qualitative and quantitative sources to inform design decisions
- Ideate through sketching, mock-ups, storyboards & prototypes - delivering high-fidelity designs for our agency experience
- Co-create with Product, Engineering & Data Insights teams across all stages of the product development lifecycle
- Support the evolution of our design system to ensure we continue to grow in an efficient, scalable and consistent way
- Believe in a culture of feedback and actively seek out feedback on your work and approaches
- Be an active figure in our design community, collaborating in our design routines, contributing to our culture of continuous learning and improvement
- 1 to 2 years experience designing digital user experiences
- Education in Graphic Design, Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Business or related disciplines
- Some experience designing across the product development lifecycle, from concept through launch and beyond
- Competency in core design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience designing e-commerce user experiences, with demonstrable focus on visual and interaction design
- Competency conducting and synthesising user research
- Experience with user behaviour analytics, and tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Hotjar etc.
- Experience designing internal utility tools for business users
- Awareness of information architecture, systems design and design systems
- Experience working in an agile product development team
