Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team, specializing in service and maintenance work on commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out PPM, reactive callouts, and minor installations across a range of commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine servicing and maintenance on various air conditioning systems, including split systems, VRV/VRF systems, and packaged units.
• Diagnose faults and carry out efficient and accurate repairs.
• Ensure all work complies with FGAS regulations and site-specific safety policies.
• Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of all work conducted.
• Respond to reactive callouts and troubleshoot issues with minimal supervision.
• Liaise professionally with clients and represent the company to a high standard on site.

Essential Requirements:

• FGAS Category 1 certification
• NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in service work
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance
• Full, clean UK driving licence

Desirable Qualifications:

• CSCS card
• IPAF and/or PASMA certifications
