The Role

We are currently looking for an experienced It Project Coordinator to work alongside our IT Director to help facilitate delivery and management of critical projects at a crucial stage of our development.

  • Support project delivery through coordination of schedules, meetings, and documentation.
  • Assist with tracking project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring updates to project schedules are accurately maintained.
  • Organise and manage shared project resources, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate and minute internal and external project meetings; follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders and team members to support progress and issue resolution.
  • Provide administrative support to project leads and contribute to continuous improvement in project processes.
  • Use tools such as MS Project, Excel, and Outlook to manage and report on project activities.

Essential Criteria

  • 1–2 years of experience in a project support or administrative role.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate meetings, record accurate minutes, and track action items.
  • Experience updating and monitoring project schedules and timelines.
  • Skilled in maintaining and organising project documentation and shared files.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) is an advantage.
  • Exposure to formal project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or Agile is beneficial.
