The Role

You will support the firm’s compliance and risk function through a wide range of responsibilities including:

• Advising staff on regulatory compliance and helping embed obligations under UK regulations such as SMCR, MiFID II, and Consumer Duty


• Supporting anti-money laundering controls and decisions


• Assisting with policy development, regulatory reviews, and the implementation of new or evolving requirements


• Contributing to training initiatives and supporting governance meeting preparation


• Playing an integral role in the firm's risk and compliance assurance framework

About You

We’re keen to speak with:

• Experienced professionals with 3+ years in compliance, risk, audit, or regulatory roles in financial services


• High levels of attention to detail and able to manage a busy workload


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with a broad range of internal stakeholders throughout the business


• A proactive approach to learning and development
