We're partnering with a prestigious global law firm to recruit a highly skilled and motivated solicitor to join their Reorganisations and Cross-Border Transactions team. This hybrid role presents a unique opportunity to work on some of the most complex, high-value, and cross-jurisdictional corporate matters in the market-all while being part of an internationally renowned legal team.

The Role:

As a trusted legal advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering strategic, commercially focused legal solutions across major reorganisations, integrations, and corporate transactions. You'll be immersed in multi-jurisdictional projects that require both legal precision and collaborative agility.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Advising on complex corporate reorganisations, integrations, and cross-border transactional matters.




• Coordinating seamlessly with global teams across Corporate & Securities, M&A, and specialist Reorganisation groups.




• Acting as regional/country lead on international projects and drafting corporate documentation.




• Working alongside legal project managers, solicitors, and tech professionals from a global network.




• Managing and resolving project-related issues with a solution-oriented approach.




• Building strong internal relationships with colleagues across jurisdictions.




• Contributing to internal innovation projects to enhance legal service delivery and efficiency.

About You:

• Qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales.




• Strong corporate law background with a proven track record in complex, cross-border matters.




• Exceptional organisational, drafting, and analytical skills.




• Commercially minded with the ability to deliver practical legal advice under pressure.




• Excellent communicator and team player with a proactive, collaborative mindset.




• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.
