Key Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring hardware/software on-site and remotely for a diverse client base.
- Supporting and troubleshooting Windows servers (2016/2019/2022), desktops (Windows 10/11), and virtual environments (Hyper-V, VMware).
- Deploying and managing Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, SharePoint, and other cloud services.
- Implementing and supporting cutting-edge cybersecurity tools and network security systems.
- Delivering first-class customer support both remotely and face-to-face.
- Contributing to project planning, design, and technical documentation.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
- Proven ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot cybersecurity products.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Full driving license with access to a vehicle (mileage reimbursed for site visits).
