Lead Generator/Tele Appointer - #1693175

CPL Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Lead Generator/Tele-Appointer on a permanent full-time basis. The role will be based in Belfast with a salary of up to £27,000 per year with bonus.

The client:

• An established independent IT, Connectivity and Telecoms provider that services SME's, large enterprises in all business markets throughout the island of Ireland and GB.


• Over 10 years in business servicing clients in the private and public sectors across the island of Ireland and the UK.


• A sound reputation in the IT and Telecoms industry, built on valuing loyalty and developing long term relationships with their customers.

The role:

With a full copy of the Job Spec available on request, you’ll have 3 years min. sales experience in the IT and Telecoms industry and will:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to arrange appointments.


• Utilise phone etiquette and persuasive language to engage with customers effectively.


• Communicate appointment details clearly to the Sales Team.


• Analyse customer responses and adjust communication strategies.


• Upsell additional services or products during appointment scheduling.


• Perform data entry tasks with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

The person:

• 1 year minimum in a similar role.


• Experience in upselling products or services will be a distinct advantage.


• Excellent data entry skills and a flair for accuracy.


• Driving licence is preferable.

On offer:

• £27,000 per year with commission.
