Children's and Family Worker - #1691575

In 2018, we appointed a Children’s Worker to provide leadership and vision for our ministry focused on children aged 0-11 and their families.

Over the past six years, Windsor has experienced significant growth, including a developing online ministry, a new building, and welcoming over 30 nationalities. We have been blessed by our Children’s Worker’s faithful service in welcoming, caring for, and discipling families in the way of Jesus.

To meet the demands of this role, we operate a job-share arrangement. One half of the role is already filled, and we are now seeking to appoint someone for the second half (15 hours). The ideal candidate will demonstrate an openness to God, a passion for children’s ministry, and the skills and experience to invest in and develop this growing ministry among our 0-11s and their families.

The specific responsibilities will be discussed and agreed upon with the successful applicant before starting the role.
