Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our reputable client to recruit for a Business Support Co-ordinator, to join their team on the outskirts of Belfast. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business, that takes great pride in the services they provide. The Business Support Co-ordinator is a key role for the business. You will be responsible for providing direct support for a member of the senior management team, alongside assisting with general day-to-day office administrative duties. Duties of this role include:
- Providing direct support to senior management, assisting with diary management, event co-ordination, travel and managing communication via email and telephone.
- Reviewing and filing of high-level documentation, assisting the presentations and collating weekly reports via Excel.
- Front of house duties, delivering exemplary customer service and assisting with general day-to-day administrative duties.
- Providing a key point of contact for new/existing clients, allocating calls accordingly and handling general enquiries.
- Upholding effective communication between internal departments to ensure a smooth flow to daily operations.
- High level of attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, varied role.
The Right Person for this role will have previous experience working in a similar position ideally providing EA/PA support; and be well accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. You will pride yourself on your ability to co-ordinate effectively and have excellent organisational skills. Strong communication skills are essential for this role. The Package for this role includes an attractive salary ranging from £26000-28000, dependant on experience, with working hours of 9-5.30PM Mon-Fri, with on-site parking available.
