Salary: £40,000 – £80,000 OTE

(very attractive base salary depending on experience plus uncapped commission)

Location: Belfast City Centre, office based

(Mon – Thurs 8am – 5pm, Fri 8am – 4pm) plus comfort breaks & hour lunch

• Build strong, consultative relationships with clients across the Accountancy & Finance space


• Proactively source and engage top-tier talent using cutting-edge tools and platforms


• Deliver expert advice on CVs, interviews, and career growth to candidates


• Stay ahead of industry trends to provide valuable market insights

Who We’re Looking For:

You’ll be a natural relationship-builder with a proven track record in sales or recruitment. Tenacious, target-driven, and commercially minded—you’re the kind of person who sees potential and turns it into results.

Criteria;

• 2+ years in a recruitment or B2B role (for a senior title)


• 1+ years in a sales environment


• Business Development experience


• Not scared to pick up the phone to people


• Results driven


• Hard worker, comfortable with targets and setting goals


• Positive attitude and energy


• Attention to detail
