Campaign Marketing Executive (Senior Associate)

As a Campaign Marketing Executive at Kainos, you will develop and own marketing plans, campaigns, or content programs that align with our commercial priorities and sales plans to support growth and ambitions for the Workday Product. Your role includes generating brand awareness and leads to fuel the sales pipeline, reporting to key stakeholders on success and delivery against goals.
You will leverage your experience and commercial knowledge to drive progress and maximize marketing impact. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, you will act as a trusted marketing partner.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and managing strategy, plans, and budgets: Create, own, and implement marketing strategies aligned with commercial priorities for the Workday Product, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. You will own the marketing budget for this product.
Owning, creating, and activating campaigns and content: Develop campaigns and marketing content to enhance brand awareness, support recruitment, and generate leads. Implement campaigns effectively across various channels, including email marketing, automation, webinars, social media, SEO, digital advertising, and physical events.
Reporting, accountability, and ROI: Measure and report on marketing effectiveness and ROI, utilizing evaluation and analysis. Collaborate with Marketing Technology and Operations teams to optimize effectiveness and share learnings.
Strategic alliances with partners: Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners such as Workday, Microsoft, and AWS to shape plans, stay updated on trends, and identify new opportunities for commercial benefit.
Minimum (Essential) Requirements:
- Significant relevant marketing experience
- Professional qualification in marketing or a related field (e.g., CIM)
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive results from inception to evaluation
- Proficiency with marketing techniques including webinars, social media, SEO, digital advertising, and events; willingness to stay current and coach team members
- Experience working with sales/SDR teams to generate leads and with subject-matter experts for content creation
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools
- A self-starter with motivation, confidence, focus, discipline, and a drive to succeed, aligned with Kainos values
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team; proactive and positive attitude
- Resilience, persistence, and willingness to learn from mistakes
- Ability to manage workload in a competitive, deadline-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Creative thinking and writing skills, aligned with branding and messaging strategies
- Ability to think creatively and outside the box
- Commitment to confidentiality and information security
Desirable:
- Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
- Experience with Marketo or other marketing automation platforms
- Experience working within a SaaS company
