Job Title: Website Manager
Location: Belfast (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:




  • Website Strategy: Develop and implement a clear strategy to enhance website functionality, content, and user experience.


  • Content & SEO Management: Oversee content creation, ensuring it's engaging, accurate, and SEO-optimized.


  • User Experience: Improve user journeys, making it easier for visitors to find information and complete key actions.


  • Performance Tracking: Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement.


  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, ICT, and external agencies to ensure smooth website operations and alignment with business goals.


  • Technical Oversight: Ensure the website's security, compliance (GDPR), and regular performance checks.


  • Continuous Improvement: Leverage data insights to drive changes and improvements to the website, focusing on conversion rates and overall user satisfaction.


The Person




  • Experience: 5+ years in website management or development with hands-on experience in SEO, CMS, and UX/UI.


  • Skills: Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.


  • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with content management systems, website performance tracking tools, and best practices for user experience.


  • Passion for Digital: A genuine interest in creating outstanding digital experiences and improving website performance.


  • Team Player: Comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve common goals.
