We are looking for an energetic and passionate Store Manager to join a well-loved premium Irish brand at its Belfast location. Renowned for its varied fashion collections, artisan homewares, and amazing food offerings, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a vibrant, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities as General Store Manager:

• Provide leadership and day-to-day management across non-food retail, food retail, and concession operations.


• Drive store revenue, manage budgets and profitability, and ensure commercial targets are consistently met.


• Lead, mentor, and develop store management and team members to build a motivated and high-performing workforce.


• Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance store performance and drive cost efficiencies.


• Ensure excellence across store standards, customer service and engagement

Key Skills & Experience of this General Manager / Store Manager role

• 5 years + management experience of premium retail, hospitality, home, food etc


• Proven ability to manage P&L, set budgets, and achieve revenue targets.


• Experience leading diverse teams with strong delegation, coaching, and motivation skills.
