In-House Commercial Property Solicitor - #1683908

We are working with an electric vehicle company in Belfast for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their In-House Legal team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will advise on a wide range of commercial property matters including licenses and leases, while drafting, negotiating, and conducting due diligence on a variety of documents and agreements.

The in-house solicitor will work with internal teams and external stakeholders to help secure and manage the property interests of the company. The successful candidate will work on a range of construction contracts, commercial contracts, and non-disclosure agreements.

Essential Criteria:

• 1-6 years’ PQE;


• Open to solicitors qualified in NI and/or ROI;


• Commercial Property experience;


• Strong academic background;


• Technically excellent;


• Ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders;


• Strong communication skills;


• Flexible and collaborative team player.
