Are you ready to shape the future of data-driven decision-making? We're looking for a talented and driven Product Manager to join a growing tech company that's on a mission to make data analysis smarter, simpler, and more collaborative.

In this role, you'll take centre stage in transforming customer feedback into powerful product features, leading the roadmap from early-stage ideas to market-ready solutions. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment where innovation, transparency, and collaboration are more than just buzzwords – they’re part of everyday life.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving the product roadmap, ensuring features align with strategy and customer needs

  • Managing projects from concept to launch with a laser focus on growth and user experience

  • Collaborating with design, development, and commercial teams to bring products to life

  • Leading customer feedback loops and using insights to inform product direction

  • Conducting competitor analysis and market research to fuel innovation

  • Acting as the voice of the user, balancing technical feasibility with business goals

  • Ensuring clear communication across stakeholders, with updates on timelines and releases

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a start-up environment

  • Proven track record of taking products from concept to market

  • Strong user feedback gathering and roadmap prioritisation skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving setting

  • Experience in conducting user research, defining specs, and doing competitor analysis

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across teams

What’s in It for You

  • 35 days annual leave (incl. bank holidays)

  • Private health and dental care

  • Flexible hours and remote options

  • Company pension scheme

  • MacBook provided

  • Professional development & training opportunities

  • Enhanced parental leave

  • Mental health support through Spill

  • Quarterly team socials and regular perks

If you're passionate about building products that make a real impact, and want to grow with a team that values curiosity, collaboration, and big ideas - we'd love to hear from you.
