We are seeking an experienced and motivated People Business Partner (PBP) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR business partnering, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to drive HR initiatives that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to leaders within the [software/tech business unit], providing guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies.
- HR Initiatives: Lead the design and execution of key HR initiatives, including performance management, employee engagement, career development, and change management programs.
- Employee Relations: Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on people-related matters, ensuring alignment with company policies and values.
- Talent Development: Partner with leaders to identify and address talent gaps, develop career paths, and implement strategies to build high-performing teams.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use HR metrics and analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive business outcomes.
- Project Management: Oversee cross-functional HR projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to local employment laws and regulations while implementing best practices tailored to the needs of a tech environment.
- Culture Champion: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusion by aligning HR practices with company values and objectives.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources, with previous experience as a HR Business Partner, preferably in the software/technology industry or supporting a tech-focused business unit.
- Education: Degree level or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. CIPD qualification (Level 5 or higher) or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
- HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and talent acquisition.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with HRIS and familiarity with tools/software used in tech environments.
- Self-Starter: Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results with minimal oversight.
- Project Management: Proven ability to lead and manage HR initiatives from concept to implementation.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
