PM/PMO - Tier 1 Investment Bank - Belfast

Contract: Inside IR35, until the end of the year
Rate: £350 - £450 per day
Location: Belfast (Hybrid working model)

Are you an experienced Project Manager (PM) or Project Management Officer (PMO) with a strong background in Investment Banking or Consulting? Do you have experience working on Regulatory Change projects? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The Role:

Join a high-profile Markets Transformation team within a Tier 1 Investment Bank, focused on remediation efforts related to the 2020 Consent Order. As a PM/PMO, you'll play a key role in supporting project delivery through tracking, coordination, reporting, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track documents and maintain project records

• Schedule and facilitate meetings, document minutes, and coordinate project activities

• Assist in submitting updates for regulatory reporting requirements

• Maintain project plans, status reports, and RAID logs

• Support issue, risk, and dependency management

• Participate in working group meetings and governance forums

• Monitor UAT test results, trade inventory bookings, defect discovery rates, and KPI progress

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience in Investment Banking or Consulting

• Exposure to Regulatory Change projects preferred

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to ask the right questions and proactively solve problems

• Excellent communication skills

• Understanding of project plans and ability to highlight risks and dependencies
