What will you deliver?

• Answering calls, handling webchats and logging webmail and letters from the BBC viewing public.


• Develop into written skills


• Adhere to BBC/Capita standards and guidelines.


• Provide excellent customer service

• 10-week rota in advance (8 hour shifts between 08:00-20:00), with 60% of shifts ending no later than 6pm

Who are we?

We are a customer facing contract who work for our BBC client. Within our team, we are responsible for recording and responding to audience member feedback in a professional and courteous manner. There are many other aspects to the contract including Tech Support, web publishing, providing audiences for shows.
